Young Child Therapy

Young child therapy is designed to support children under the age of 5 in managing emotions, building confidence, and developing essential social and behavioral skills.

Through age-appropriate techniques, therapy helps young children express their feelings, navigate challenges, and thrive in their environments at home, school, and with peers.

Who Can Benefit?

If your young child is struggling with their emotions or behavior, therapy can provide the support and tools they need to flourish in their early years. Young child therapy is ideal for children experiencing:

Emotional challenges such as anxiety, sadness, or frustration

Behavioral concerns: difficulty following rules or managing impulse control

Challenges with social skills or forming friendships

Adjustment to life changes, such as a new sibling, divorce, or starting school

Digital Mental Health Tools for Kids

Emotional wellness applications are designed to promote positive moods and are used as coping tools. These apps aren’t a replacement for mental health services, so please don’t hesitate to reach out to CHC or your therapist if you need support. These apps can be used on your own or together with a parent or therapist.
