Parent Coaching

What is parent coaching?

Parent coaching is personalized support from a licensed clinician that empowers parents and caregivers with proven strategies to handle behavioral or emotional challenges and promote their child’s growth and development.

Whether as a standalone service or as a complement to your child’s individual treatment, parent coaching provides the tools you need to navigate challenges with confidence and foster meaningful progress.

Why parent coaching?

If your child is facing challenges, you might find yourself wondering, “Wouldn’t it make sense for them to meet with a therapist instead?”

While therapy is valuable, research shows parent coaching can be just as effective. A therapist spends one hour a week with your child, but as a parent/caregiver, you’re with them far more, offering countless opportunities to practice strategies in real-life situations.

Our approach is supportive and collaborative, partnering with you to create solutions tailored to your family’s needs. Through parent coaching, we empower you to provide consistent support, helping your child develop skills and confidence over time.
