How We Help

Measurement-Based Care

CHC uses an innovative, measurement-based care model—regularly tracking progress through data and feedback to guide treatment in real time. This ensures therapy stays effective, personalized, and responsive to each individual’s needs and goals.

Providing a Supportive Environment

Our therapists create a supportive space where children and teens feel heard. Using evidence-based techniques, sessions are tailored to address challenges like anxiety, self-esteem, and relationships—building tools for lasting emotional health.

Taking a Whole-Child Approach

We take a whole-person approach, considering emotional, social, behavioral, and developmental needs within the context of family, school, and community to create personalized treatment plans.

Equipping Parents with the Right Tools

We equip parents with tools and confidence to support their child beyond sessions. When appropriate, they take an active role in treatment fostering consistent progress and growth.
