Patricia Nishan discovered her passion in working with children and young adults in 2005, starting her career as a Paraeducator. She holds a Master of Arts in Exceptional Student Education (Comprehensive ABA) from the University of West Florida and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Patricia is dedicated to collaborating with families and professionals to ensure cohesive and continuous care across various settings. She emphasizes the importance of individualized intervention plans, which are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. Patricia is known for her commitment to evidence-based practices and her ability to foster positive outcomes through consistent and structured behavioral strategies.
Outside of her work, Patricia enjoys staying updated with the latest research in Applied Behavior Analysis and attending conferences. She is passionate about continuous learning and professional development, always striving to bring innovative and effective solutions to her practice.
