Lettie is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with 13 years of experience collaborating with children, teens, and parents at a variety of settings. In addition to private practice work with children, teens and adults, she has experience as an early childhood consultant and as a clinical supervisor for non-profit agencies that provided school based services. She also has experience supporting children with neurodevelopmental issues at Center for Developing Minds.
Lettie focuses on a relational approach and collaborates with children and families to help them identify their strengths and struggles. She includes a variety of treatment methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Art Therapy. Drawing and painting offer soothing sensory experiences to safely communicate challenging thoughts and feelings. At home, Lettie enjoys pampering her two cats and loves spending time outdoors hiking or going to the beach with her husband and dog.
