Karen is dedicated to supporting student’s development and curiosity for the world around them. Her interest in special education begun as an Instructional Assistant and as her interest to be more involved in special education grew, she went back to school to get her credential and a MA in Special Education. Karen has experience in working with students from 6th to 12th grade and has an affinity for teaching science. In her free time, Karen likes to spend time with her family or crafting.
