Gabriela is an associate marriage and family therapist who is passionate about making mental health accessible to all communities. After realizing she enjoyed working in the education field, she obtained a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Education from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Her passion to help and advocate for bilingual families and individuals led her to pursue a career in counseling. Gabriela returned to school to obtain a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University. Prior to joining EBC School, Gabriela worked within the Santa Cruz and Sunnyvale school districts. Gabriela has extensive experience working with children and adolescents since 2014.
