As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, she spent the last four years working in school-based services, building on her previous two years of experience in crisis management. She loves what she does, especially the meaningful connections she’s made with the people she’s served.
When she’s not working, you can find her hiking, creating art, dancing to music, or indulging in her love for food – especially noodles and rice! Being a first-time mom has also added a beautiful new dimension to her life. She’s passionate about fostering connection and well-being in all that she does.
